Bill Hendrie Profile

I have been involved in Franchising for over 27 years from the perspective of both Franchisee and Franchisor. I am a former Franchise Director of one of UK’s largest independent recruitment companies. Within this role I gained a wealth of experience regarding, recruiting, training, and motivating Franchisees, encompassing both the strategic and operational aspects of the role. This knowledge has been invaluable to me in assisting my clients with the initial recruitment, growth, and ongoing management of their networks.
I am an active member of the British Franchise Association (bfa), the governing body for the industry and have held the following positions within the organisation.
Chairman of the Franchise Group for Scotland. British Franchise Association Non-Executive Director. British Franchise Association Regional Chairman. As a consultant affiliated to the bfa I have gained QFP status which is testament to my knowledge and expertise within the industry.
Working with SylvianCare my role involves handling the initial stages of the franchisee recruitment process. I will usually be the first point of contact for prospective franchisees, giving them background information regarding the franchise and ascertaining whether or not they are suitable prospects to consider granting a franchise to. Should they be accepted then I will complete the relevant paperwork, including producing the franchise agreement and acting as witness to the signing.
