Sylvian is a family-owned business dedicated to empowering individuals to live life their way. Both Sylviu and Cristina are actively involved in the overall day-to-day operation of the company. They both had many years of experience within the care sector prior to starting Sylvian.
Cristina has a BA (Hons) in Social Work as well as an MSc in Psychology and has a depth of experience in Social Care. By profession, Sylviu is a qualified Nurse and has a background working with individuals with a range of needs, from Learning Disabilities to Dementia.
