Welcome Bukola, Oyesola, And Adenike To The Sylvian Family

Sylvian Care is proud to introduce Bukola, Oyesola, and Adenike as the newest Sylvian franchisee that received their CQC registration.

After meeting Oyesola at the Franchise Show at Olympia in 2022, they decided that Sylvian Franchising answered the most important questions they had such as funding, training and recruitment. Bukola, the Nominated Individual for Sylvian Wolverhampton, brings years of experience in the care industry, having worked as a health care assistant and previously as Executive Director Admin/HR. Oyesola holds multiple degrees in Economics and Geography, an MBA and Marketing, an MSc in Environmental Resource and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and he has over 20 years of business experience. Adenike holds a MSc in Law and over 10 years experience as a solicitor.

Bukola and her team bring a wealth of experience, passion, and qualifications to the table, which will add significant value to the franchise. Bukola will complete her franchisee induction course at Sylvian’s Head Office in Wokingham and work with the franchise support team to recruit a Registered Manager and local care team. They will provide regulated personal care services from their new office base at Sylvian Wolverhampton.

With the growing demand for care services in the UK, Sylvian is well-positioned to meet this need and has received recognition for its services during the pandemic. Although prior experience in the care sector is not necessary, having the drive and organisational skills to manage a business is essential.
