Gifted Healthcare Professional Opens Sylviancare Franchise In Harlow

We’re thrilled to announce the latest addition to Sylvian’s expanding franchise network in the Harlow area. We are excited to introduce Yasir Shah, who will be responsible for delivering top-quality care services to the people of Harlow and the surrounding regions.

Despite challenging economic conditions, the Sylvian franchise network is expanding, providing essential care services to communities across the country. With the opening of Sylvian Harlow, Yasir will continue to deliver outstanding care services to the local population.

Yasir has a background in healthcare, having managed a medical health clinic and a school in his own country, Pakistan. His experience working in the healthcare sector, coupled with his passion for providing life-changing services to those in need, led him to explore the opportunity of running his own home care business. He has looked at a number of franchisors and he chose Sylvian because he felt that we would be best placed to support him in his franchising journey. He has come to work as a health care assistant for Sylvian Reading and Wokingham so that he can learn from the ground up all the aspects of running a domiciliary care company.

Following a comprehensive induction training program at Sylvian’s Reading head office and training facilities, Yasir will work closely with our Onboarding Officer, Marina Heathcote, to establish his new care business. This includes developing a business plan, securing office premises, and registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Once registered with the CQC, Yasir and his team will receive ongoing guidance and support from our Franchise Support Manager Chris Mitchell. With Sylvian’s support network, Yasir and his team will grow a quality-driven and profitable home care business within the local community.
