Sylviancare Network Expands In Woodford
We are excited to announce the launch of Sylvian Care Woodford, the latest addition to our growing network of franchises which will provide quality home care services to the Woodford area, led by our dedicated franchisee, Sher Ali.

Sher, our franchisee, is an incredibly hard-working and dedicated individual with a good educational background and career history in management and healthcare. He brings a wealth of experience and international expertise to the franchise and has a clear vision to deliver high-quality care services that will enrich people’s lives.
Sher has worked in health care before as a manager however he has not worked in a domiciliary care setting before. Sher is in the process of undergoing our franchising induction training course, equipping him with all the knowledge and resources to manage a home care business. As part of our franchise network, he can always rely on our professional support whenever necessary.
We will work alongside Sher to aid his CQC registration and recruiting for various roles, including care workers to oversee quality and regulatory compliance. At Sylvian, we understand that each person’s needs are unique, and we offer tailored care packages to support older people with mobility issues, younger adults with disabilities, or those recovering from a stay in the hospital.
In welcoming Sher to the Sylvian family, our Co-CEO Silviu Pop QFP has praised his communication skills and natural entrepreneurial flair. He expressed confidence in his ability to grow a sustainable, profitable, and quality-led care franchise.
